Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of trading cards and the services provided by our store, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except as explicitly stated below.

Final Sale Products

All trading card products sold by our store are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Trading card products may be opened immediately after purchase or opened on the customer’s behalf as part of the service provided

- Once a pack, box, or product seal is broken, the sale is final

- Trading cards are random in nature and results are not guaranteed

- Dissatisfaction with pull results, odds, or card condition does not qualify for a refund or return

Unopened Products

Refunds or returns are only eligible if the product remains completely unopened and sealed.

Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or refund.

No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

- Opened products

- Buyer’s remorse

- Pull results or odds

- Card centring, print lines, whitening, edge wear, or other manufacturer-related conditions

- Sale, discounted, or promotional items

All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Legal Action

By completing a purchase with our store, you expressly acknowledge, consent, and legally agree that:

- You are purchasing trading cards with full understanding of their random nature

- All sales are final once opened

- You waive the right to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for any order that complies with this policy

Any fraudulent, false, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

- Permanent suspension from future purchases

- Submission of all relevant evidence to the payment processor

- Legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages associated with the dispute, where permitted by law
