Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with our store! Please read our shipping policy carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Methods

We use the following carriers to ship all orders:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS

2. Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays only (Monday through Friday).
  • Once shipping is purchased, your order will be sent as soon as possible.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. USA Shipping

  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs.
  • These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are completely outside of our control.
  • You, the customer, are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
  • The declared value of your package will be based on the total value of the items purchased from our store.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Tariffs, duties, taxes, or any additional import fees are not valid grounds for initiating a chargeback, dispute, or requesting a refund.

4. Shipping Options & “Purchase Shipping Later”

Our store uses a flexible shipping system called “Purchase Shipping Later”, which allows you to:

  • Add multiple items or orders to your pile before paying for shipping
  • Pay for shipping only when you are ready to send your order

Our store offers Tier 1 through Tier 8 flat-rate shipping options. Customers may select the shipping option that works best for their order.

Important notes:

  • “Purchase Shipping Later” is technically free at checkout, but this does not include actual shipping costs. You are responsible for paying shipping when you finalize your shipment.
  • There is no automatic free shipping.
  • You can ship one order or multiple orders together — it’s up to you when you finalize shipping.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are flat rates, based on the Tier 1–8 options.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when you finalize your shipment, even if the order has been created previously using “Purchase Shipping Later.”

6. Tracking & Risk of Loss

  • Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is legally considered delivered into the hands of the shipping company.
  • Our store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Any issues with delivery must be directed to the carrier.

7. Agreement to Terms

By using the shipping service of our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and legally agreed to this Shipping Policy.
