Welcome to our store! By accessing or purchasing from our store, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or purchase products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you expressly acknowledge and legally agreeto these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Services
Our store sells trading card products and related services.
- All trading cards are sold with the understanding that they are randomized and collectible.
- No guarantees are made regarding card pulls, odds, or card condition.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before order processing.
- You authorize the store to charge your chosen payment method for any purchase.
5. Final Sale / Refunds
All sales are final once a product is opened.
- Refunds or returns are only eligible for completely unopened, sealed products, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and legally agree that dissatisfaction with product results or pull outcomes is not a valid reason for a refund.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping company, the product is legally considered delivered into the hands of the shipping carrier.
- Our store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility.
- Any claims for lost or damaged items must be directed to the shipping company.
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent and legally agree:
- To waive your right to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any order that complies with this policy
- That abuse of the chargeback process constitutes a breach of these Terms
- That fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent suspension from our store
- Submission of all evidence to the payment processor
- Legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages, where permitted by law
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
- We are not responsible for card pulls, manufacturer defects, trading card randomness, or shipping issues once the product leaves our facility.
- Purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our store and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases must be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
11. Modifications to Terms
Our store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
